Poison Tip
Just a tip for anyone finding the poison annoying in act 2. While roaming the map I had a random encounter with a sandstorm and took shelter in a hut with an old woman who offered a drink laced with snake venom. Drink it and you will receive a schematic for poison resistance which you can then apply via the modify tab in the forge. I recommend putting it on amulets. I ended up with my whole party and praetorians having around 18% poison resistance. Great game

Put it on two items and you can have around 45% if you get good rolls

I have had that encounter and got the schematic. Thing is, I have no clue how to use it. How do I put that on amulets?

Man just realized that you have to hold right click on that schematic to learn it..... I actually did not know that till now (middle of act2).... How silly.

Anyway, so no reply needed on your part, I get it now. :-)

And please, put Snaga away, I am a fan of the deathwalker and never want to be on his bad side.

You can also try to poison Mithridates (edit: at the Hostage exchange) and he'll give you a tactical item that removes the poison effect from a unit which also includes a positive boost, if I remember correctly it will protect the unit temporarily from becoming susceptible to poison again.
