Replenishing Consumables?

So, I beat the demo and enjoyed it greatly. Most things were self explanatory or well explained, but I don't think I ever figured out how to replenish character consumables like pilum's/bandages? I could have sworn a tool-tip said that going back to camp was enough, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Also, when you hire centurions to manage a legion, is there any point to them having perks like "Recruiter"? As far as I could tell, you could leave your own party members back at the command tent to heal/repair, but not your army's commanding centurions (the 4 you hire). Anybody know?

To replenish your consumables, you need to upgrade your legatus tent. You cannot upgrade your camp buildings in the demo :) it's available in the full game.

Perks related to outpost assignments are not relevant for centurions. However the pool you recruit centurions from is the same pool you'll recruit praetorians from after you leave Lesbos (again, not a thing in the demo). Some perks are used in battles, some are used in outpost assignments, and you can swap characters between the centurion and praetorian lists.
