Somehow failed Deianeira's romance

All right, that's strange.

As I understand Deianeira is a romance option for both male and female char. I tried as the latter, flirted with her several times in Act 1 and she even suggested to live under my roof after return from Asia Minor.

But after this... well, that's all folks. I've reached an Act 4 but I haven't seen any heart options after going to Egypt.

Any idea what had gone wrong?

I had an encounter on the road that led to me be able to spend the night with her, not sure what triggers it just know I had been romancing her the entire time.

You get an event in Egypt that includes her when wandering the map, far as I'm aware that is the point where you can solidify your relationship.

Seems like a bug then. Or some kind of secret condition that I missed.
Can someone list all dialogs that lead to romance with her?

I picked any option I got to flirt with her and then had the event happen when travelling the map, maybe it's a specific region, I don't remember having any options to flirt with her more during Egypt, but I might be misremembering. I can at least say the event is needed since you didn't get it and thus her romance didn't progress.

Between Act 1 and Act 2? I spoke with her but I don't remeber any quest there.

There is a sidequest for her in Egypt, Memphis. She will ask you to lure a Slavetrader to her.

Make sure you wonder around in the desert in lands you don't control.

Besides all the above, make sure you had not had sex with any other companion from my understanding this game follows that rule as a Commited Relationship.
(Though you can have a fling with Cleo that apparently ok, if people are right, since you know she Cleo so totally understandable not to mention a npc).

I just had the event pop up for me,


-In act 1 after she joins you and you talk to her the first time, somewhere before the end of act 1 you can talk to her again and mention her sister, thats the first heart icon you'll get ( i missed that one )

-She'll ask if she can stay with you in Rome, say she can stay however long she wants. ( i did this one )

-When shes staying with you in Rome you'll have another heart icon saying how pretty she is in that dress. ( i did do this one )

-When in Memphis she'll ask you to lure some slave merchant to a back alley, there was another heart icon there, i chose that one and after she killed him i said to make it look like a robbery.

-Some time after that while wandering around in enemy territory i had the random event called "Desert Jewels", follow her, be nice to the people, and buy her the bracelet.
