How do you increase manpower?
Still in Act 1 but I've got 6/9 provinces pacified.

My legion is forever stuck around 2600 and 2700 men. Is it possible to increase their man power or get them to full strength in act 1?

You can replace dead legion by going to the tent in camp where you can hire praetorians and clicking the second tab. There is an option in the upper right to hire new troops. Other than that there is an event every few hours/days that heals "wounded" legion members. The game keeps track of dead legion and injured legion separately. Your's are probably dead which is probably why you are stuck at 2600

The tent where you recruit, on the party tab you will seen a replenish button, above all your party members, costs about 3D per man if I recall.

Check your *missing* troops as well. You will be given up to 450 missing troops during the course of the Act 1 questline.

Also, remember that some recruitable characters have perks that allow them to slowly increase legion morale when assigned to the Baths, which gives you the opportunity to use the battle resolution card that refunds some manpower without tanking your morale.
