Pacify sectors

Hello, I am not sure I understand how to do a basic part of the game. I have moved the legion to the first station in asia minor, but I am not able to make it attack the next enemy garisson, is there a trigger for that?

How did you establish your camp in asia minor ? I don't even make it...

Explore to the east, you should see(press L Alt) a mission called pacify region, complete it
Tip hire praetorian's as your main character is not available for pacify missions and you can only use 1 companion

Francois, You should have a marker on an enemy camp, you launch an attack there with your army. If you can't see anything explore more. There's no rush you have lots of time.

Frankly the "sectors" are poorly explained and make no sense.... mission says I have accomplished 4 out of 6 and all I see is one area blue..... map management is clunky... very surprised by how poor this is.

OK now I have managed to understand the mechanics. Indeed the sectors are very similar to Rome Total War design, that is why I did not understood faster :)

Having not played RTW, could you break the details down for me? I've currently got 3 of 6 on Asia Minor and can't move my army over yet, so tips would certainly be appreciated :D

1 - go to quests, look at sidequests. If you have a pacify sidequest, do it.
2 - exploit the resources of your area with your legion to create buildings in your camp
3 - click on a neighboring camp. It should open the legion attack interface
4 - capture the new area after the victory. This should prompt you to do a pacify quest.

Rinse and repeat.

NP mate, for some reason I missed the pacify sidequests - frankly, I think they should be main quests, considering they are NOT optional at all XD

I'm exactly the same, right now i'm skipping days hoping this might be it. i've done every side quest and captured all the farms/tannery available to me, and still it says 4 of 6 sector pacified

Edit: ok I just was able to attack an outpost in ANOTHER region (kyzicos or something) and that seemed to move things along, now another pacify mission has opened

I got stuck on this for the longest time because I the game told me "you don't have a centurion in your barracks". I had put a preatorian in the barracks building and it didn't help. Later (much later) I realized they must have meant "barracks" as in one of the four slots that are *not* in your party, so on the right side of the party screen. Those are apparently "acting centurions" and you need one person there in order for the legion to be able to be dispatched. This was rather poorly explained, at least in my view.

Yeap exactly that, sorry for the late answer on my side, I have been busy playing through the weekend, now moved to act 2.
I like having other stuff to do, than just "pacifying" regions, but this remains as the basic stepping stone for all other activities

Thats a completre crap. I've pacified 4 out of 6 at minor asia and I do not know what to do to pacify other two points. Maybe I should kill a priest in appolon temple? But I do not know how to do so. The game is confusing.

Look at your quests. ALL pacify quests are clearly marked as side quests. Other than that, the main quest are thrown in your face and always marked. I don't know how to help further, maybe add a sprint screen?
