Stuck on "logging in" when I open the game. Help please

Game freezes and nothing works, crashes my pc.

Controls don't respond, except shooting, on first launch, then alt-f4 and launch again and it works

How do I delete saved drone blueprints?

Seems maybe the headlights get "stuck" if they're on when you die?
