Unplugging my controller does not fix this issue im on Win 7.Game will not start anyone figure out a fix for this issue yet ?

Most people have said that it's a controller issue so make sure you don't have any wireless device or programs that might messing it up.

Make sure everything but your mouse and keyboard are unplugged. For me it was my 360 wireless receiver AND my Razer Nostromo keypad.

I had to also unplug my joystick in addition to my 360 controller and it started right away. I'm using windows 8.1.

Did not work for me, running Windows 10.

Try uninstalling the drivers for the controller, or disabling/uninstalling any custom controller applications. I had a program, WinJoy, I think it was called, and when I uninstalled that, the game worked fine.

I tried unplugging the controller then putting it back in after i launch the game i found the controller still didn't work.

However, The fix that worked for me was i unplugged my 360 controller from my USB 3.0 port into my USB 2.0 port and now the game works flawlessly. Hope it works for you all too!

Correction: It works in the USB 3.0 port, just didn't like the 360 controller plugged in with my webcam.
