How to get an umbrella?

I'm new to the game, i heard that there's umbrella for the raining time, but as i google or search youtube i didnt find how or where to get an umbrella (im playing in a pre-made city, if that's the problem?)

Try one of the vending machines. They sell donuts and coffee, and newspapers and umbrellas.

Only few vending machine will sell umbrella? So far i havent seen one yet, i'll go check more later
