Watch time doesnt seem to have any bearing on anything?

Is it me or does the time my watch claim the time is, is totally wrong? At 0900 people keep saying good night, ive been waiting for a client to leave work and the entire office empties at 1300 not 1700 like the various rota says. Really curious whats going on.

The lighting feels weird too. Like it's always kind of nighttime. The game feels a bit like a weird dream.

I can live with the dodgy lighting, thats pretty typical of these dystopic things, just wish that time worked right.

I think that might be a result of the pollution/hyper-industrialization. People's sleep schedule may also be messed up because of that, but I can't say for sure. Maybe NPCs going to sleep during daytime wasn't actually intended?

In my run, offices always close at 1700. But I've seen some NPCs going to work only in the afternoon, despite their rota saying they start at 9am. Although that might be because I was passing time using the watch, maybe?
