What is the most expensive apartment you have ever found? also what happens to your previous apartment?

Sadly I haven't been able to find any of those super plush apartments for sale. There definitely needs to be more vacant ones to pick from.

My character is currently living on the 18th floor of a luxury building. It was the most expensive apartment I could find, but unfortunately I don't remember the exact price. Somewhere between 25k and 50k I believe.

And it takes you half an hour to get to and from the place. lol
I like the big places... but having a ground floor place is a lot more convenient.

Not that you need an apartment. But if more functionality is added to them, it could be great.

From my experience with 3 different random-gen sandbox games, there's always 1 apartment for sale that's priced in the low-$30k range (give or take). It's on the upper-floors of a tower, and tends to be about twice the size of the next-biggest apartment (which is usually priced about $4k - 7k, and found on the low-to-middle-ish floors), and about 5-6 times the size of most of the smaller apartments that are on the lower levels.

To folks that can't find the listing for the $30k place, be sure to check all the boards of restaurants and city hall - if you haven't found 10 listings, you haven't found them all. The listings themselves don't move around between boards, so when you find the listing(s) you like, make a note of where they are so you can come back to buy them when you have the money. :)

Last but not least - what happens to your other apartment: previously you would lose access to it and everything inside - but with a very recent update (a day or few ago), you can now have multiple apartments. I haven't tested that yet, but I assume you'd just keep your old apartment and have access to both/all.
