I like the big places... but having a ground floor place is a lot more convenient.
Not that you need an apartment. But if more functionality is added to them, it could be great.
To folks that can't find the listing for the $30k place, be sure to check all the boards of restaurants and city hall - if you haven't found 10 listings, you haven't found them all. The listings themselves don't move around between boards, so when you find the listing(s) you like, make a note of where they are so you can come back to buy them when you have the money. :)

Last but not least - what happens to your other apartment: previously you would lose access to it and everything inside - but with a very recent update (a day or few ago), you can now have multiple apartments. I haven't tested that yet, but I assume you'd just keep your old apartment and have access to both/all.
