I personally think if people are automatically converting to the am-pm system anyways from military time (as i know it, 24 hour clock for others) then it should be kept as the standard.
isn't that time format mainly used for coordinating military efforts more than anything and we use the am-pm timeframes for work hours and other civilian things? Not like we have a team to coordinate with. (also why would a corporate run government keep a divide going in time systems?)
Digital clocks tend to use 24 hours as it removes the need to add an am/pm indicator (reducing the production cost of the clock from not needing as many LEDs or logic gating which side of midday you are etc)
13:00-> 24:00. Just subtract 12.. It's really not that hard.
id also like an option to see square FEET instead of square meters, but the time thing is by far the bigger annoyance
And in most country in EU we use 15h - 19h - 21h to tell the hour, in fact we use both especially when it easy to tell when it's the morning or the afternoun we use 1 to 12 and when it's for specific, or job etc ... we commonly use 13 to 24.
It's cultural i guess.
