Only clue is unsearchable.

I know a lot of side jobs have unusable clues, but this one stood out to me. The only actionable one is that their name starts with Ç. Well ♥♥♥♥, that's a unique character- If I searched names starting with... Uh...

...Starting with the Cedilla, I might actually get lucky and find them. But I can't.

Because you can't search for special characters. Even though names use them. You can't copy paste. You can't unicode, alt-0199, you can't anything. If you have an english keyboard you're ♥♥♥♥ out of luck.

You can search for names starting with C. But you can't type Ç into the terminal, so you can't search for anything involving Ç. They exist, but they can't be searched.

Yes, obviously. But it's insanely stupid that you can't search names because you have one of the most common keyboard layouts in the world.

I agree that some side jobs can be far too cryptic. For example the only info I was given for someone was their phone number. It took three days for them to pick up and they refused all questions, now when I call them I can't even ask them a question; all I can do is hang up. I had to abandon the case because I literally was softlocked out of discovering more clues.

Well, you don't need them to answer any questions. All you need to do is break into the phone boxes where you called from, and then where you called to, to get an exact location. I just published a guide on how to track clues, including phone numbers.

break & enter everyone whos name start with letter C , loot their ♥♥♥♥, gather intel in the meantime

You can't, is my point. You can't search for names starting with Ç, because there is no way to type Ç into the terminal search. You can search for names starting with C, but that doesn't count and won't show names starting with Ç. You get me?

Very much this. The City Dircectory is your friend. The unique character makes them MUCH EASIER to find in the city directory. They'll be at the very end of it. No wait, that's if their last name starts with the character. It still should be easy to find in the book though.

In theory you are right saying the book is the solution. Book has full last names and first initial and if their first initial is that unique it should be pretty easy to find

Not C. It's not an english character. The Ç character is not on american keyboard layouts and can't be manually typed.
