is there anyway to prevent twitch integration rerolling names when you load a save or die?

say you have a character that uses a twitch chatters name you;re super invested in the story. you end stream with full intention to pick it up where you left off the next stream, but now that lead you were following has an entirely new name. is there no way to make the npcs once named keep their names
