Error displaying EULA

So haven't played in awhile, thought I'd pick it up again, and when I hit play a pop up for a EULA showed up, which I would happily accept and such but the odd thing was there was an error displaying the EULA itself. Not sure if the error is a steam issue or to do with the game, I would expect it to be the former but just thought I'd mention this.

I have the same thing popping up on mine, I am not agreeing or playing the game until the EULA is visible and I can read it. I am thinking about changing my positive review to negative to get the developer to look into this.

Same issue and i can't seem to resolve it, uninstalled the game, trying to download it again and it just pop up with no way of seing the terms.

Hey, we have decided to get rid of this EULA for the time being as we look to move away from Mod.io and Steam's end user agreement already covers most of this so it shouldn't be an issue anymore
