Incomplete pictures

Strange, now with a new save I made every picture I get in order to find the briefcase, shows incomplete buildings, like transparent with only the roof displayed etc... Will submit this.

Pictures aren't really pictures; they're, like, weird little windows into the simulation state at the time the picture was taken. Sometimes NPCs will simply not be in a photo, or be somebody else entirely, or a ghost will be in the picture that isnt there in-game. The assets that are in a photo seem to be impermanent and easily broken.

Edit: oh, and the photograph telling you where the briefcase is; the camera sometimes clips through a wall. It'll always be looking at the briefcase, though.
