A humiliation job with minimal info

I'm curious how one would go about this with the info provided. I talked to the citizen who offered the job and they gave me an unknown profile with the following info:
-Average Height
-Average Build
-No Glasses
-Has Facial Hair
-Additional Notes: Known Alcoholism

I tried hanging out in the local bar to see if anyone who worked there or came in matched the description but no dice. Is this case a wash?

Pretty hard case, yeah. I think there were supposed to be some kind of interest clubs advertised in papers where you can look for people with specific interests but I'm not sure if they're implemented or working.
