Is it just me or is the game really hard on other people's eyes too?
I've tried changing the FOV but everything always seems really close and there's a sort of fish eye lens effect to everything that distorts things. Makes my head hurt.

I've always gotten migraines from first person games unless i put them in a window thats smaller than the screen (I play on 50 inch monitors so a "small" window is still large) and leave on default FOV... putting it in a window might help or turning down shadows... but yeah this game is a bit hard on me but i find it playable in the way i described

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. It's the only game that does it to me. I can only get about a minute in and haven't played it much since the update before last as a result. Thanks again.

Not really. I don't remember what was the default value for FOV but I've put it to 90 and wask okay since then. Default console-like values of FOV around 50-60 give my nausea too.

On 1920 x 1080 setting POV to 75 removes fish lens effect

Back when i had a 21:9 widescreen i had the fisheye effect in a couple of games and i solved it by lowering the fov.
I'm nlt experiencing this on my new 4k 16:10 monitor with default settings though

Yeah, 90 was the value I started at b/c most games are that for me. Haven't logged back in yet, but am also going to try Bob and Wasted's suggestions.
