Performance Issues?

Gotta say I'm shocked this game is challenging my PC's hardware. I'm able to play most games at a stable 60fps but this game is chugging at 30 fps. What settings should I mess with for a more stable experience? Thanks!

I have an RTX 3070 with a ryzen 5800x and this game definitely has some performance issues

Same, I have a 5900x, 32gb ram, 4090, 2tb nvme and the game stutters constantly regardless of resolution or ingame settings..

I returned to the game after some months break. Now there is stuttering and really lots of object LOD pop-in/out happening.

I just stopped playing the game. Soon found out the performance issues where amazingly overshadowed by the intense amount of bugs.

It's almost certainly not your PCs. I have a 3080 and have performance issues, stutters pretty frequently. Most likely either limitations of the game engine or poor optimization of the game loading in assets.

I also experience stutters, choppy gameplay and some video bugs with for isntance neon light flashing on all building textures seemingly randomly.

The performance dip is especially marked outside and in rainy weather. This just does not run well.

The game isn't too hard with some settings tuned down. Folk really need to get in the habit of not running at 100% max settings in every game, no matter the game.

The primary issue that needs addressing, imo, is the absurd stuttering and CPU load the game has above Small city sizes.

The primary setting which helped me was lowering the rain effects. Made a world of difference, but it still stutters for the opening cinematic. Other than that it does fine.

This was what improved performance the most for me as well
