how do i acces leads again?

i am not sure what you mean by that
with F you open the case board
if you click on a person or anything else on your board there is a conection tab where you can see conections wich you allready made

I mean when the game gives you three leads to follow the case.

In the button at top right "Resolve" or something, there's a button to switch lead. THese are only available in the tutorial case though i think

Kinda feels like it was a mechanic dropped after the tutorial.
The game acts like its something you select and should have a menu you can change.

But outside of the tutorial iv never seen anything about it.

As if the game didnt have enough mechanics they highlight something that doesnt exist after the tutorial, ok.
