Post Update Telephone bug/Unplayable

After recent update, my save file that i put a good amount of hours got a bug that has made it unplayable. The telephone in the dinner rang and i pick it up but the Unknown Caller prompt appeared with no text. I hung up the phone and left the dinner, a murder reported> When i got to the location a phone rang again and it forced me into the Unknown caller prompt again with no text or option to close it. Im able to walk around, but not able to pick things up, talk to people, open doors, search people, or do anything besides walk and look around with the prompt still stuck on my screen, thus making the game unplayable. Has anybody else experienced this? Im also unable to die and restarting the game didnt work either.

Yeah, this happened to me, too on one of my saves. I couldn't do anything, but start a new game. It is why I now make a point of saving on a regular basis.

Yeah for now ima put the game down till it gets fixed. If it’s a recurring thing that is happening since update. Then I don’t wanna spend time on a new save for it to break again.
