Haven't gotten a single murder case since Dead of Night

I started a new playthrough about a week ago. Did the Dead of Night case to start, on the 3rd of Jan in-game, and today I reached social cred 8 and unlocked retirement on the 6th of Jan at Midday, having not received a single murder case since the the Dead of Night. I got to social cred 8 entirely from side gigs and in the span of 3 and a half in-game days received no other murder cases.

So is this a bug or something? Or was there something I was supposed to do to unlock murder cases? I just wanted to ask if anyone else has had this happen?

Yeah but in my first playthrough of this game I still got more murder cases after completing Dead of Night. It's just this one I didn't seem to get any.

I read that there might be a body but if no one finds it then there's no murder. Just hope that someone find the corpse if there's one.

Double check your settings to make sure that procedural murders are set to on.
You can also toggle them off if they are on, save, let the game time run a little, then toggle them back on and save again. Sometimes that will wake the npcs back up a bit.

This has happened to me before, thing is the corpse was in the hallway of a rather busy building, people were just waltzing right over the poor sod and not reporting it.
