Shutters stuck down for a VERY long time
Several in-game hours have passed, shutters are still closed on the floor the murder happened on.

Agreed, running into this right now. It'd be nice if u activate the breaker it would open them but no :(

Enter House through vent, search Security rooms, deactivate all Alarms and stuff, i accidently activated the whole House Security by accident, this shut the shutters and activated guns. I had to deaktivate it myself as it wouldnt Turn Off on it self.

It seems like the new update messed up the Enforcers. They try to run all the way as they used to, but now get a stitch from running too much and take far too long to get there.
