Small request/improvment idea.

I have an idea for a quality of living improvement. After getting a nice apartment with a nice kitchen and a nice stove, would it be possible for us to make some COFFEE!

As is stands right now I have to install a coffee vending machine in the corner to get my morning fix. I have a coffee pot and access to water. Would it be easy to implement it so that we could brew a cup before heading out for the day? Go ahead and make it expensive and high social costing. But I put a lot of time and effort into designing a kitchen, and I need my morning joe.

This, it would be sweet to have little mechanics in the game that aren't mandatory but add immersion since the atmosphere and cities feel so alive at times.
