loud A$$ water splashes

i thought they were gunshots at first and ran everywhere but no killer is alert at the moment and no notification,i experiment a few hours and find out that its the sound effect that comes from throwing heavy items into the ocean,example:Trash Can,Heavy Package Box etc.
can someone tell me why i keep hearing those,or is it just a bug?

i have made like 13 new games and i keep loading saves or js overall starting new games but nothing changes it,
