Echelon Zones
I am social credit 2 I have done one case. I am trying to make some cash and this job is located on the 9th floor. It is a stolen item case where I need to check the apartment for clues I was specifically asked by the client to come over and have a look around. I go over and it's an Echelon zone. These weren't part of the game when I last played and after looking through steam I won't get "permission" until social rank 7. This system is ridiculous. I got permission from someone who lives on that floor to come over. I should be allowed to look. The fact I can even get jobs like this while being such a low level is stupid.

Edit: As soon as I finished the tutorial case. I go to the phonebook. Pick up 2 jobs to start making some money since y'know this is how you are supposed to progress. BOTH of the jobs I pick up are locked behind echelon zones. I absolutely loved my 40 or so hours with this game but I have never seem a system this stupid. I've even seen people saying this interfered with their tutorial case how on earth do you expect someone to complete the tutorial case when they need to be social rank 7 (one rank before retirement) to continue the case.

2nd edit: 4 of my 6 cases trying to make money at the very start of the game were in zones I didn't have "permission" to go in. Why would I bother playing as a detective doing cases, making money when I can make far more by knocking everyone out stealing diamonds and selling them. This system is designed for 1 specific playstyle. Knock everyone out, steal from them and turn your cases in. There's no detective work involved there. None.

there more then enough jobs, just discard them if you think you cant do them, but there is always a way you just have to be creative

Creativity is fine. Why you have to get creative matters. The solution here is to break into the apartment knock everyone out or cuff them and then search the place to see what was stolen and who done it. This is after I was given permission to come over and search the apartment by the client. This should be classed as a guest pass for the zone if we're really going to keep them in the game. They completely ruin the start.
