Multiplayer Update Suggestion

I think it would be really cool if the game had an online multiplayer/co-op addition where you and your friends can solve the murders together.

While it's really fun to immerse yourself into the world alone, imagine being able to grow your little detective team! Each person's perspective on the case might bring forth a new suspect, or with divided tasks we could solve cases quicker. Plus, when it comes to arresting the suspect and submitting the report, it would help to have someone watching your handcuffed criminal while the other does the paperwork!

this has been suggested in other threads- i dont think the dev has any plans for multiplayer (i mean, that would require a re-structure of the entire game)

like a cooperative investigation?, it sounds good, after all the game still in dev so it's possible they add multiplayer

The dev did say he thought it would be interesting however, though he had no plans for it so maybe a hopeful look for the future

Definetly no PVP, this game does not need that. Just a little save game like LC or CW that you can hop on with a couple friends and solve cases and goof off.

Doesn't have to be direct PVP, but what if another player can "control" the actions of an NPC or like choose one to make it the next killer and the way it happens, the victim etc .. this could be interesting, tho.

Would be even more funny, if there would be an option to include own custom names for the NPCs to spawn with. Like you have a file where you can enter multiple names and when you generate a new city, they "could" be included into the city, still random tho.

I would usually say... "Hell NO", to this being multiplayer, and I still do. This game doesn't need it. I like roaming the dirty streets on my own, with just my brain and a board full of possibilities. Did I also mention, no apartment or money? ... However, I REALLY like the idea of PVP. Just 2 Players, though. Murderer and Detective. Me and my Bro could have a grand time.

Does anyone here remember 'Spy V's Spy' ? ... Probably not. I am that old. :D
BTW... I'm talking about the 1984 version, on the Spectrum 48k.
