Thanks for the help I have a question how to track a phone that when I call is not registered in the telephone exchange
I'll just quote myself from the other post I just answered this question on:
If it's really annoying but you have the name, you can take the cheap way out and use the computer at city hall. It's in an area that isn't considered trespassing and has the entire government database of every civilian. Good chance you might find the password an enforcer left on a sticky note too. The government database will get you their home address too when you print out their page, but if they don't have one....
You can also get a photo of them and present it to random people on the street to help you find the person, especially if they don't have a home and are homeless. Keep asking around and someone will probably give you a rough location of where they was before or are currently. Eventually, you might even have someone say "they are here now" before you notice they are there.
Thanks for the help, I appreciate it. I found the dp but the letter is nowhere to be found and tomorrow I will go see if it is in the place where it works. I hope it is not a bug.
I have situation that murder seems not exist nor in phonebook or goverment database.
didn't you think to use the public directory or the government office to instantly find his address
