Is the environment distructible?
Like if you just get frustrated with the city, can you start destroying walls? And if so, is there gravity, or do blocks float in the air?

Small items can be picked up and thrown around, and you can break windows. Other than that, not so much.

"blocks"? This is not minecraft; the game does not work on a voxel based world destruction system. It just has voxel graphics.

The game you're looking for is called Teardown and is nothing like this game other than then voxel look. Wild question

Nope. With exception of breaking windows and vandalizing place (by throwing trash around), there is no environment destruction.
