Have a saved city, but can't find its files? (Not located in the /Cities folder??)
I'm not sure how to explain this. I have a city (let's call it "CustomTown" for now) whose hotel I wish to rename. Found some tutorials saying the city file is located in the /Cities folder. The only city file located in my /Cities folder is Charlotte Heights. CustomTown files are not there. I used the File Explorer to find all ".cit" files, but only Charlotte Heights and Fairchild District (I've never seen this city before) pop up. Searched for ".citb" this time; 0 results. To clarify, I had city compression enabled for the first save and city compression disabled for the second save (the one I wished to edit).

You are searching in wrong Cities directory, Charlotte Heights is located in the game's installation folder, user generated cities are in AppData of the user's profile, right next to the saves:
%AppData%/../LocalLow/ColePowered Games/Shadows of Doubt/Cities

Thanks mate! But I forgot to say I already fixed this over the official Discord server. Thanks, anyways. I think I'll either delete or archive my post, idk.

Sorry, but I don't have a discord account, and since it's a private space (i.e. you can't see what's there without joining), so I couldn't have an idea you already solved it.

It's the best to leave it for others who may have the same issue. Steam community on the other hand can be viewed without even logging in.

No problemo, mate. It's on me for forgetting to update my post. Just know that I'm equally thankful for your help and the other person's help from the SoD Discord. I'll keep the post up as you suggested.

Thanks, and Happy Detective-ing to you!
