how to find someone with only age and blood type?

I got a case to take a picture of someone, the only information was they were 37, had glasses, were muscular, and had 0- blood type.

If I was able to search hospital records for people with vision problems and blood types, if there was a gym or two to investigate, we'd be in business, but since that isn't a feature I had to close the quest and not solve it since there's no way to pursue leads that sparse.

Side note, it boggles the mind that I can't search any database by age or birth year, what's the point of the birth certificates in game then?

Blood type only appears on birth certificates, on donor cards in wallets (Uncommon item) and I believe the government database.

You can only search (any) databases with names. I don't know if this will change in the future, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

My honest opinion you have two options:
1) Leave this case active but don't actively pursue it. Do other cases but check back on it any time you come across a muscly person with glasses.
2) Close the case and move on.

One more option is that there's a sync disk that lets you tell people's height, shoe size and age precisely just by 'examining' them
