No Sync-Clinic

Just generated a small city. Apparently it didn't spawn with a sync-clinic. Is there some other way to install sync-discs?

You need to generate another city. While sync clinics should have rather high priority of generation (there are usually like 5-6 generated on very large maps), it may happen that on small city it may not generate.

(On a semi-related note I usually need to generate a few very large cities until I get a laundromat.)

Yeah, I generated a new city and it had a sync clinic. Still pretty interesting that some cities don't spawn with them.

lockpicks are found very easily and in high number behind the counter of diners / bars. The employees won't care if you take them and there's usually at least 6.
