[Tutorial] Finding clues about who sold the weapon recently

So I sneak in the Gun Dealer store, take a look at the sale list, and found a few person who bought the gun recently, but it just a name, nothing else. What should I do next?

I don't remember the tutorial specifically but my next move would be to look in a phone book for that name and call them. If you call from inside an apartment you own, or any other apartment for that matter, you can trace where the call went by breaking into the power room in the basement and accessing the grey call log box.

In the tutorial it will let me choose which lead to do first, and I have to admit that the Phone Call lead is the easiest one to do. The Gun Dealer is so broken, like I have the password (with the gun icon above) but the owner still say that's a wrong password

He just says you got it wrong when you didn't and vice versa- If you have the password you can still walk in when he says you got it wrong.
