Case Processing Stuck - Possible Fix!

So I had an issue with a side job getting stuck on "Case Processing". I managed to get the "case solved" and my reward, but I just couldn't close the case and remove it's tab. I may have found a way to fix this, should this happen to you. Sorry, no clips or screenshots to show this.

1st. Take on and complete another, separate case.
2nd. Click on the "Resolve Case" button for this new case.
3rd. Now click on the tab of the case that is currently stuck. The menu should now be available again to close the case. You can then go back to the case you just completed to close as normal.

You can do this without taking a new job, just hit the new case button on your caseboard. The rest of the steps are the same.
