Just a fun thing i found out recently.
I was looking at the Apartments that are for sale and was wondering because a Room number was very familiar. As i checked there, there was still stuff inside and all drawers open. Then i remembered that both NPCs living there got killed in 2 seperate murder cases.

Dont know if i ever had this. But noticed that. Pretty neat.
So yeah, If both People living in a Flat are dead, at some point you can buy the Apartment.

Yeah I love the idea behind this dynamic. For all the crimes we commit, it is a shame we can't also manipulate our way to buying any apartment we wanted.

Maybe turning in the wrong person on purpose works? Could also be cool if we could find a clever way to aid a murderer into choosing their next target. OR give someone a reason to become a murderer.

Wonder what the condition for apartments going on due to dead residents. None of murder homes ever got put up for sale, even after everyone there was dead.
