"Enter full name of killer"

I have found the murder weapon, I have found where he lives, I have finger prints on him. I have emails stating that he is supposed to kill someone. When i turn in the form, everything is correct, except his full name. No matter what variation of spelling i use, no matter what letters are capital or not, nothing will resolve the case. It still says enter full name.

the name is "Luka Milosevic", but there are accent marks in certain places. does it need to be that specific?

EDIT: Ty all for the help! My issue was that when I clicked the "resolve form", it would make the rest of my board useless as I couldnt select items. The solution was to just click "select" when the form pops up lol. Im a dumbass, but also I like my instructions to be more clear haha. i guess it still needs those special characters. Though if you've the direct reference of that person on your case board, then you could also press select and just click on the person, which autofills the name for you (pretty much like you would choose the fingerprints and weapon as well).

Probably. You usually don't have to type the name of the person in.
You usually have an item on your board for the person's identity and then you can just select that object when closing the case. No typing.
You said you have emails with his name on it. If you click on the name in the email it will give you an identity object that you can pin and place on your board.

You may probably already have the object you need in your history, so you can type F1 and do a search.

Yeah. Pin the actual person in your case file. Instead of manually entering their name in the field you can click 'select' to the right of that field. Then you can click the pinned person and it will fill the name for you.

just click on his name on you case board. you surely have pinned him there. or just copy and paste his name from the pin. If you wanna type it in...yeah ofc special characters has to be written aswell.
Everything you have pinned on the board can be clicked on. you can even click a phone number while interacting with a phone. I NEVER EVER need to put in anything manually. its just much easier to click it right from your board.
And i do believe even in the Tutorial Case it teaches you how to fill out the case form by clicking the pinned subject on your board.

oh great! let me try that and ill get back to you. When the form comes up, it doesnt let me access my board haha. i have to position everything, so that when the resolve form pops up, i can see the name of the culprit and type it in

ty! ya i was trying to figure out how to just click the names of things to add it, but every time i clicked the resolve form, it made it so i couldnt access my board lol. All i had to do was press "select" lol
