*Security camera footage (I assume)
*To have right clicked the person to inspect them, then pinned their profile to your board
*To have received a photo with the job
*Acquired photo evidence some other way (I assume taking a picture would work, but also many jobs have their employees on a board, or in employment records, or profile on the computer when they are logged in, inspecting their ID, etc.) - though most of those ways come with other evidence that negates the need to ask around in most circumstances.
Otherwise, you need to be looking at other evidence.
I have several images of the victim on my board. How do I use it when asking if someone knows them?
Maybe try looked at the "connections" to the photo (it's a tab to the right when you have the photo open), and then click the person featured in the photo and pin THAT evidence to your board
