Having their workplace is already a huge hint.
Problem with that, which makes such a thing very tedious, is if, for op, Stubbs Deluxe is a highrise building. Floors 5 through 10 are businesses, usually with 2 businesses per floor. You have to check every single one of them, and then you have to check the building employees itself, i.e. janitors.
You're corkboard ends up featuring 100 or so people and you just go through the list crossing off people it can't be. It's a long tedious process.
What I do, when I get a case like this, is one of two things. I either immediately close the case and just work on another or I leave the case open and just work on another. Eventually, doing other cases should get you more information on the person from that case by gathering information for other cases.
Yeah, not that simple as ぶっかけ忍者 says. There's *so many* people who work in Stubbs. It's not like other buildings where it says (for example) "Works for Gomez building". It doesn't mean the janitor. It literally could be one of 60-100 people! Then if you miss one person you have to go around again. It's very tedious.
Good advice. I'm going to check the last 3 people I have on my list and sack it off if they come to nothing.
In my experience, only with those info you have, it took too long. You can solve at least 5 easy case before finishing this one.
Exactly. I am sure IRL private investigators do not accept every job they are offered, especially if they don't have enough info to go off of. We are paid per case solved, so time is money.
