Sell an apartment
Is there a way to sell an apartment? I bought an okay one then later on saw a listing for a much better one and was wondering if I'd be able to sell the first one for a little money back.

Not possible, as far as I know. And I don't think they will change that, until we might get way more uses for money. Right now, you hardly need any money, once you've bought some furniture and upgraded your discs...

I find that when I buy a new one I keep the old one too

Don't quote me on this- I don't interact with the apartment feature often- But I think you keep the property, you just lose the map icon thingy for it.
