Photo case bugged?

I got a case to take a photograph of a particular person ("Photograph" is the case). Was ez to ID the person, it gave me their apt # right in the briefcase. I went there, only two people lived there, and one of them fit the data perfectly (age, hair, eyes iirc). So I took a photo and turned it in. I failed!

I reloaded and tried again about 5 or 6 times. Taking photos sneaking, not sneaking. With her knowing I was there, with her not knowing. Inside her apartment, from the hallway, from the elevator. Zoomed in on the camera, not zoomed in. Each time, the check mark on the mission would not go green. I'd turn in the mission over and over again, each time it said Unsolved.

Is there some hidden requirement for this case that is not listed, or was this just bugged?

I got problem with photo too. The best way to know if it work.. when you tke a photo of the person, dont forget to pin the photo and make sure is connected to the person you looking for.

If you take the photo, pin it, and its not connected (red wire) at the suspect. Take another photo until it is link.

Been having the same issue, which is a shame because the Dove+ Syncdisk was going to be my reward for it :< I think the camera just needs a little dev work and tlc when it comes to tracking targets maybe.

I had a really odd issue with a photo mission.
2 people lived in the apartment. The guy I needed a photo of, and the chick he lived with, who was an enforcer in her armor.
When I took a pic of the guy, the photo showed HER in her armor instead of the dude, even though she was in another room and the guy was in front of me.
