Identify is confusing.

Is it just me or does the indentify system just not work.

I.E. i can i have the employee photo, employee profile. i can have a picture of the killer, i can see the killer pyschically BUT if unless i manage to find their wallet ID or manage to knock them out 9 times out of 10 the game goes "you dont know what he looks like.

i had one case where i had like basically every aspect of the killers profile made but the game refused to get me their face. sure i beat it by typing it in manually but i feel like if i personally tie a string to the face of the killer the main profile of the killer should update or be created.

also side thing i really hope later down the line we get like a prestiage bar that gives us like perks with enforcers and makes it so we get more and more complicated cases. 9/10 my cases are "the husband/wife did it or their worker did it." i understand its early access but the tutorial almost feels like an entirely different game then what the base game has.

Sometimes older pins don't fill in all the newest data. i usually fix this by un-pinning the suspect and then re-pinning them through the notebook

I've had only had this problem when it hasn't been verified that the two or three profiles are the same person. Usually if you have the fingerprint from the crime scene AND you find a work profile/employee profile with the same fingerprint, they will sync up; might be a bug if you are looking at both in the f-menu..

I've had cases where there's a lot of evidence pointing to one person where it turns out it's in fact two different people. If you right click on the person standing in front of you, you'll get up a profile of what you can gather from looking at them (can get more precise info with upgrades). Pinning this profile to the board and later finding the same person's ID, will sync the two profiles 100% of the times in my cases. Linking fingerprints are done by getting the fingerprint of the person itself, or by finding it it a employee database.
-But, a wallet or an ID will usually be littered in fingerprints from the owner. This is a strong indication that those fingerprints are the owner's, but it's not verified.

I think the system works fine as it is.

i have no issue with the system, im merely pointing out that rn it seems bugged to ♥♥♥♥. XD either working 100% of the time or not working at all, but these are things i would expect by an early acces game. but i dont see alot of indentify posts pointing this out so i was wondering if anyone else was having them or if it was just me.
