Trying to stream the game for personal records. Game not selectable application.
Any recommendations or know how for this issue?

Tried OBS and Streamlabs but I can't seem to select any programs or applications of the game to Lock onto for the footage for Screen Capture.
For some reason the game doesn't seem to be recognized at as game itself.

So I have to resort to selecting the entire Screen itself to stream the game. Since I can't select the game application itself as the sole thing to record.

I don't quite know of streaming, but is your game windowed or fullscreen?

You tried "General Fullscreen Capture" or "Foreground Window with hotkey"?
Either of those usually works if "Specific Window" don't.

Ok, just tested. Specific Window works fine for me. Game is in the list.

It's the default. Which seems to be fullscreen.

Doesn't seem to be working.
Does the game window automatically close for you when you click a different application?
It's doing that to me and that might be part of the issue I think.

I've copied the property set up you had but the preview screen is still blank. Just to be clear, is this the Game Capture?

Yes, Game Capture.
And no, i can alt-tab into other running apps and "game window" don't close, and recording continues on.

You got anything else running maybe interfering with Obs hooking to the game?
(i really dont know much besides the basic of obs)
Oh, and my Obs Studio is version 27.0.1 if that matter at all.
