Can you make people leave apartments?

I want to arrest the person I know is the suspect and question them, but if I arrest them within their apartment I cannot talk to them. I suppose I have to do it outside of a trespasser zone, so how do I make her leave her home?

Just pay them to have access to their appartment. It can cost you 50-100-200 credits, but sometimes you have no choice.

In this specific instance, they say no up to even $500 credits, which is more than I have so no clue if they let me in at any threshold.

Leave a pack of cigarette in the hallway and knock to their door, you need to be fast cuz they take the pack really fast but if you place it right, is fesable

You can just make a loud noise outside their apartment, maybe even on one floor down. Like throwing a metal trash bin. They go to check it out.
