Management office
Does management office in the building have all the resident information? or its partial? and what is it 1 per building usually?

It doesn't have all of the resident information, just some of it. If a building has one, I've only ever seen just the one. Some apartments complexes don't come with any. If you have any visual traits to go off of, maybe try checking the surveillance to see who's coming in and out and work off of that. Hope this helps
