Report a translation problem
Note that cuffed person only stay cuffed for couple of hours, so do that last.
It's also worth noting that you have to put the name in before cuffing them, otherwise it won't register.
At least, that's what happened to me once on a murder investigation... not sure if that was a bug or normal behvaior.
This just happened to me. Luckily they were only a building over from the courthouse, so I just went back and looked at them again, and it caused the handcuff checkmark to appear correctly.
Oh, interesting.
I was in the same room, staring at them when I added the name, but that didn't help.
Maybe it would have if I'd walked closer and inspected them? Or perhaps left the room and came back?
I'll try to keep that in mind next time I forget to add the name before cuffing.
