Report a translation problem
When photographing someone or pickpocketing, be stealthed. As mentioned above, you can unscrew bulbs and as long as the game considers it dark, you can stealth really easily even if it's still very bright to you.
When tailing someone, just hold up a newspaper. It's a free pass to spin circles around them thanks to the "hiding" buff. Does not work when trespassing sadly.
Running with a weapon, in this case a sword, does more damage.
Knocking someone over with a heavy object, like ballistic armor, for some reason usually won't piss the victim off. Will piss off bystanders, though.
You can ask someone for their fingerprints multiple times for free. Usually on the fourth time they'll agree.
And still sort of testing this one, you might be able to stack objects to block line of sight.
Getting Frame+ at max upgrade makes you bang your head on a door frame, so you have to crouch every time you enter or exit rooms. But you can reach all the vents all the time, even on a ceiling, making swift escapes and enters much easier. Somehow doesn't affect how easy you are to notice.
