Some apartments don't have this room. I found that my two 5 story apartment complexes do not have this security room.
Is a camera room should replace an apartment?
Is it should look like a power room? With a CCTV Monitor like on the street?
I checked a couple of my highrises now and result is upsetting:
On the ground floor, there are store admin-camera rooms and two apartments.
Then four rooms per floor, up to about the 10th floor.
And at the end, a couple or three floors with three and then a single apartment.
In the basement, only power rooms and illegal businesses.
If anyone reading this thread and wondering the same question that I was asking a few hours ago - No, camera rooms don't replace apartments, they supplement them.

- apartments with just residents tend to have them around the 4th floor.
- apartments mixed with businesses tend to have them around 7th floor straight across from the elevator.
- apartments with 2 elevators and different max heights, tend to break and not have any to my knowledge.
They should remove the signs on those, they are confusing.
