Finding someone with just a description
Got a demo job and got a description of the perp in a briefcase and a number. I call the number and they say "this is jasmyn." I ask their name again and they say "none of your business" Do i just have to go to every address starting with the letter J or is there an easier way to identify someone? I ask random citizens and they just say that it's not enough info for them to help me

some crunchers in city hall have access to a gov database with every citizens info in it, if you have their name you can get like 60% of their information

if it doesn't show up, hit the up arrow on the screen to make sure you're at the top of the results and not an empty page

if it doesn't show up, try only the first 2-3 letters of their name and look through the various pages, i've had it not like me typing the entire name before

You can trace the call to figure out the building that number belongs to.

In the building you called from, look for a "Power room" in the basement or the backyard, there should be a phone control box. Interacting with it and you'll be able to see logs of phone calls. You can also do it again in the building you called to, to figure out the exact room the number belongs to

-you can use the phone number to track the adress;
You call the number from, exemple, a dinner (note the name of the dinner you call), then you go at each appartement, and look for the phone router in the basement. You want to llok for incomming call (the dinner in this case). If you are at the good a place you will see the information you need. In this case; incomming call from <dinner> to <adress you looking for>

-You can enter the security office at the appartement building, you can find a files cabinet with files of all residents. Look at each files one by one for a match.

-You can sneak in the cityhall in the boss office, hack is computer and search the gouvernement data base for all Jasmine in the city. You can narrow your research a lot.

You can find the crunchers with gov database in any medical wards, which is public access...
Be aware this is a really powerful tool, so don't abuse it, or you'll probably ends up having every minute details of half of the population and immediately identify every fingerprint in a new murder case...
