Finding out your own apartment safe code
Is there something I'm missing in the procedural generation to open up my own safe and pc in the start apartment, or is it just not added yet?

Usually Sam leaves you notes that it's 1234 but I think they sometimes don't generate. I don't remember one in the demo's premade city but when I generated another city in the demo the notes were there. They're definitely present in the current version's premade city.
