Tracing calls?

Hi, on tutorial, I go to the telephone box thing of the murder victim. I see that there's an incoming call to his address from an unknown number. The tutorial text tells me to click to trace the call and to plot a route to the building. But clicking on the unknown number does nothing. Bug, or am I missing something?

There are some calls that come from unknown, masked or far away sources you can't trace. But you shouldn't assume the caller is always a murderer. Be thorough with your investigation and check other possible leads. Asking neighbours can be of use.

there should be a number in your saved numbers where you can call it and an operator will tell you the last number that called that phone and you can go from there.

I'm at the same point. And the problem is the next step in the tutorial says to trace a call and go to that building. So kind of frustrating.
