Case Processing...
I'd like to start by saying I'm having a blast with the game, really really great work here by the developers!
However, I seem to have ran into an issue with my save-file. I took a case from the notice board in City Hall and completed it as normal, after handing it in I received my reward and everything seemed fine - the only issue being that I still have the case 'open' in my case boards when I press F; and I have a constant 'Processing Case' message in my objectives despite the fact I handed the case in almost 4 in-game days ago. I have tried re-loading my save and have even tried begrudgingly loading an older save file and re-submitting the case to no avail.
Has anyone ran into this issue and knows of a way I can close this case? It's becoming somewhat of an annoyance having it constantly open with seemingly no end in sight.

Can you not close the case in the top right resolve menu? Its the bottom most option. I don't think I ever had a case where I didn't have to close it myself after getting paid.

Nope, once submitted to city hall the option has seemed to vanish, otherwise that would have been the workaround, at least, for me anyway

Yup, I honestly couldn't find a workaround either. My OCD got the better of me and I gave in and started a new save-file - hopefully it doesn't happen again. I haven't seen many people comment on this issue so hopefully it's a fairly rare bug that I'm unlikely to encounter a second time.

I just received this bug, same story, side gig, Solved splash, then Case processing. There was a quest marker that came up for a few seconds and bugged center of screen. Playable but a bit annoying

Most bugs mean new game time, with the way this game is set up. Not a big deal atm because there's no progression system.
